President

"I have been an educator and coach for the last 19 years. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of the blue waves community. This is a very special place and our athletes deserve the very best opportunities there are to offer. Success begins first and foremost with participation and exposure; and that is a primary priority of this club. Even the smallest ripples can make monumental waves, and we intend to do just that."

Vice President

Erica M Murphy is a sports Mom of 2 kids in Pulaski and Riley Avenue and Riverhead Athletic Alumni. She joined the board to bring the bleed blue spirit back into our athletic programs and excited to bring her experiences to this group. 

Treasurer

Karri-Lynn is a devoted sports mom and one of her son's #1 fans in all the sports he plays. She is very involved in Aquebogue Elementary's PTO, serves on the Riverhead Little League Board and is now adding her passion of supporting our young athletes to the Riverhead Athletic Club. She is excited to make waves in the Riverhead Athletics Department.

Recording Secretary

"I am an active parent in our community who is committed to supporting our children’s academics and athletics both today and in the future. I believe the RAC will do just that and I am excited to be part of it and help make the difference for our Blue Waves!"

Fundraising Coordinator

Courtney is a devoted member of the Riverhead athletic community and her two little athletes. Serving as a board member to Riverhead Little League, as well as coaching softball and baseball, has helped her gain perspective on some of the needs of our district's sports programs. With a background in events planning and fundraising, she hopes to help create a positive impact as a member of the RAC.

Kathryn is a Wading River mom of two who loves to spend time outdoors anywhere from gardening to the beach or on the sidelines watching her children play various sports. She is eager to help make an impact for the future of Riverhead Athletics as a community. 

Community Relations Liaison

While raising two young children in the Riverhead community, Rachel sees the struggles of finding the right sports for each individual athlete of any age. With so many sports opportunities out there, it can be overwhelming. Her family sees the importance and promise of this club as we all want to expose our children to a variety of sports and give them the chance to try anything that may spark their talent or interest.
